Your purchase and license

The product provides individual access to the cleaning quote and job-check web app and its PDF guide. The listed base price is US$12 as a one-time purchase, without a subscription. Gumroad may display a converted currency and applicable checkout charges. Your checkout receipt records your purchase.

Use the Google account with the same email as your Gumroad purchase and the license key supplied with it. Each license is bound to one buyer account, with one active session at a time. Activating another session replaces the previous active session. Keep your account and key private. You may use and share the client proposals and internal reports you create for your own business; you may not resell app access, redistribute the app as your own product, share a license with other users or bypass access controls.

Using the calculator

The app is in English and uses USD. Google sign-in and an internet connection are required. You supply your own costs, working time, pay, margin, minimum price and actual results. Calculations support planning and do not guarantee profit, customer acceptance or a particular business outcome. Taxes are not calculated automatically. Verify your inputs, results, scope, taxes and quote before sending it to a client.

The app is not a payment processor, accounting service or source of local market rates. You remain responsible for your pricing, work and agreements with clients.

Job records and PDFs

The app does not save job records. Download your client proposal and internal report before closing or refreshing the page. PDF export uses your browser's print dialog. Retain your own copies. There is no automatic job-history recovery or PDF import.

Availability, refunds and access

Access depends on hosting, Google, Supabase and Gumroad. Outages, maintenance and service changes can affect availability. A one-time payment does not guarantee uninterrupted access or indefinite service operation. Contact support if access fails.

Refund requests are handled through Gumroad and the seller, subject to the applicable purchase terms and consumer rights. Refunded, charged-back, disputed or disabled licenses can lose access. We may restrict access for license sharing, abuse or attempts to bypass controls. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date. Material changes affecting purchased access will be communicated through available account contact details where appropriate.
