Who operates the app

Information we use

Google sign-in provides account identity information, such as your name, email address, profile image and account identifier, to our authentication provider, Supabase. We use your verified email and account identifier to authenticate you and match your Gumroad purchase. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.

For license verification, your license key is transmitted to our server and Gumroad. We store a hash of the key, your account identifier, product and purchase identifiers, license status, verification timestamps and the active authentication session identifier. We do not store the raw license key in our license database.

Numeric job inputs are transmitted to our server to calculate estimates and job results. The app does not save job records in a database. Client names, contact details, scope and exclusions remain in the open browser page and are not included in calculation requests. PDFs are created through your browser; you choose where to save or share them.

Browser storage and infrastructure

Authentication information and your license key are stored in this tab's session storage to maintain access. Signing out clears the app's local access information and form. Closing or refreshing the page can discard job inputs. Hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, browser information and operational logs for delivery, reliability and security. The app does not include advertising or marketing analytics scripts.

How information is shared

Google handles sign-in, Supabase handles authentication, license records and server calculations, Cloudflare hosts the app, and Gumroad handles purchases and license verification. The browser loads the authentication library through esm.sh. These providers process information under their own policies and may process it outside your country. Payment details are handled by Gumroad and its payment providers; the app does not receive full payment-card details.

We do not sell your personal information or use Google account data for advertising. We may disclose necessary information to comply with lawful requests or protect the service against abuse.

Retention and your choices

Account and license records are retained while needed to provide purchased access, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Job inputs are not intentionally persisted by the calculation service, though providers may retain operational metadata under their own retention practices. PDFs you save remain under your control.

You can revoke the app's Google access in your Google Account settings. To request access, correction or deletion of account and license data, email the contact above from your purchase email. We may verify your identity before acting. Deleting account or license records may prevent further access. Records that must be retained for applicable obligations may be kept. Gumroad purchase-data requests should also be addressed to Gumroad.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS and restrict license records to server-side access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This page will be updated when our data practices change; the date below identifies the current version.
